Returns
FiberXpress guarantees satisfaction with every product we
sell. If an item does not meet your expectation, please follow
these procedures to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or
credit:
- Before returning any merchandise back to FiberXpress,
an Return Authorization Number MUST be obtained. Call
800.688.7104 or e-mail us: sales@fiberxpress.com
- Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or
UPS (FiberXpress will refund actual shipping costs from UPS
label or postage on damaged merchandise or mishipment).
- Send returns to: FiberXpress Returns
Dept. RA#, 1308 Business Center Way, Suite 101, Edgewood, MD
21040 (we do not accept CODs).
- Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or
replacement merchandise.
Items returned to us within 30 days of
purchase are eligible for a refund via original payment method or
an exchange of merchandise. If the incorrect merchandise was
received we will exchange it at no cost to you. After 30
days, a store credit will be issued on returned items. You
may also exchange the item. Customer will pay difference in
price if exchanged for a different item. Merchandise to be
exchanged/refunded must be returned to us with all original
packaging and in saleable condition. Returns/exchanges not
meeting this condition will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Issued store credits
are valid for 1 year from issue date.
