Shipping and Handling Policies

Via UPS Ground or US Mail, allow up to 10 business days.
Overnight Delivery
Via UPS. Orders received by 5:00 pm ET are shipped the same day
(in stock items only). Saturday deliveries incur an additional $10
surcharge.
2nd Business Day Delivery: no Saturday deliveries.
Via UPS. Orders received by 5:00 pm ET are shipped the same day
(in stock items only). Additional charges apply for shipments to
AK, HI, Guam, PR and VI (2-day delivery). E-Mail: sales@fiberxpress.com
for exact rates. Orders for fiber products in geographic regions
not served by UPS 2nd Day Service will have their packages shipped
via UPS Ground or US Mail. This includes APO, FPO, Foreign and PO
Box orders.
If a Backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one
shipment, we pay regular shipping on all shipments following the
original order (excluding international orders). All Overweight
Item charges apply.
Separate charges apply to overweight items like bulk cable and
workstands.
International Orders
Shipping & handling for all International Orders (except

Tax Rates
For shipments that have a FiberXpress business offices, we are
required by law to collect sales tax.
